I tried cold, ice power etc. Nothing. After 2 days I put warm bottle in my shoulder and wow, small help! So, it´s more like tense than broken.
But.. you know... after 3 days brake from gym..I was a bit nervous.. after 5 days? I was really pain in the ass! I was so...tense, too! Yes, I did my walk, and zumba.... but... I didnt got that feeling, sweet pain..I missed that. So... yesterday, even thought my arm is still hurting and I have this quiet week now (have to, I do get that...) I was able to work my legs and stomach.
My man had his turn to go to gym, and he asked, if he can help me to lift some bar to mu back? So I can do legs? Ok, great!
But when I entered to our gym... small tear for joy came. For God sake, I saw iron! And I cried like I was seeing old friend! :D
I think, that I can safely say... I love lifting ;)
Ok, now my arm tells me to stop writing. Next time I´m hoping that I´m able to write longer...
